It's no big secret that our bodies can heal. It happens every day to everyone. A little scrape here, a cut there, some cells sloughed off and so on.
When it comes to bigger issues however we seem to forget that the body can heal itself. We have to ask ourselves why this is.
Dr. Lisa Rankin, a medical doctor, states in her book: "My patients were healing themselves after years of medical therapies had proven useless." Here is a scientist, trained in Western medicine stating what humans have actually known for millennia...that the body can heal itself. Her book: Mind Over Medicine, is a look at how she managed to convince herself that Western Medicine isn't all it's cracked up to be.
We have been taught that the doctor will heal us, that the White Coat will save us, and nothing could be further from the truth. Statistics show that placebos are as effective, and often times more effective, than most drugs.
Dr. Rankin goes on to say: "I finally realized that the medical establishment's nearly exclusive focus on the biochemistry of the patients, often to the exclusion of the health of the patient's mind, was doing our patients a grave disservice." (71)
Scientists are finally starting to break out of the 'Old Boys Club' to come forward with some startling new information about the body. Dr. Bruce Lipton speaks of the organelles within each cell of the human body that are identical in purpose to the systems of the body: respiratory, digestive, reproductive, and so on. In fact, he says, a single cell has everything it needs to exist outside of the body.
More importantly, Lipton explains the evolution from single-celled organisms to multi-cellular organisms and how the cells evolved, or decidedly got together in order to cooperate toward growth and survival and thereby created differentiated cells set to perform specific tasks. These cells eventually became organs of specific tasks and then systems.
On the grand scale, not only the human body, but life in all forms is the product of the evolution of life itself. Life is moving forward, morphing in response to the environment. The automated abilities of the body have been designed for one thing, and one thing only: survival. This raises the question then about how come disease wins in the first place? Perhaps we need to better understand what disease really is before we can answer that question.
Dis-ease: a condition of ill health or malfunctioning in a living organism.
This tends to point to the inner workings of the biology, as in the malfunction due to errant genes, and to the invasion of other organisms that cause the malfunction. We all know that bacteria and viruses can do this, but for millions of years life has still managed to survive in spite of being literally covered and surrounded by such organisms. What is the missing link then?
In the field of Metaphysics the answer is quite clear: consciousness rules our response to the environment. Given an unhealthy environment, the body responds and will eventually adapt. It's quite clear that for thousands of years life has been very successful in winning the war!
Here's the secret: We are made of energy...straight up. The actual amount of matter contained in the entire human population of the planet would amount to something the size of a sugar cube. Everything else is energy. And yes, we have the power, in fact we always influence the energy in our torus.

The human energy field.
This field can extend out as far as fifteen feet.
Negative energy collapses the energy field making it less available to the Life Force. Negative energy held inside the body as a result of emotional baggage, negative thoughts or latent trauma, produces a lower frequency which in turn dampens down our vital energy that keeps us healthy. The lower frequency also allows micro-organisms like bacteria and viruses access. In a weakened system, we open ourselves up to the malfunction of the biology.
Healing therefore can take place through adjusting the thoughts from negative to positive and increasing the energy within the torus to the higher frequency that keeps the body healthy. Herein is the link to the body being able to heal itself. It isn't drugs or medical treatment that heals, it is indeed the life form itself that heals and keeps the body healthy.
Eventually the biological system will break down and fail, as we see when every life form eventually wanes and dies. This is more the influence of the radiation than it is anything else. And it is also the cause and effect, the karma, the evolution, progression, and the renewal of life itself.
