Harmony is something that often gets left behind other, seemingly more important things like the bottom line and profit margins. Unfortunately when we focus on the money, the harmony will suffer and when the harmony suffers, so does everyone involved. And, more than anything else, a true sense of harmony, along with balance and peace, will always elicit good relations whether with employees and/or customers.
We're human first, which means we respond to our environment whether we're aware of it or not. When I walk into a room of negative energy, it quickly becomes apparent because it sends shock waves through my aura that affect me on the inside. Sensing tension and stress is something I've become pretty good at over the years because, well, it just doesn't feel good. At my age, anything that doesn't feel good, doesn't belong in my world anymore.
If you're not tuned in to the effects of negative energy, then perhaps you should be because it's affecting you just as much as the food you eat and the water you drink. We are all influenced by the energy of many things, not the least of which are: light, colours, sounds, scents, numbers and even auric energy. Each of these aspects contain their own 'energy signature' that will influence us in subtle but very explicit ways.
